Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, business administration with a concentration in human resources, or any other related field.
- Member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (an asset).
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Experience in direct approach recruitment (LinkedIn, social networks, etc.) or other type of direct approach (cold call) (an asset).
- Bilingual (French/English).
- A developed sense of business acumen and customer service.
