You will be responsible for
- Lead, coach and develop Accounts Receivable team and provide training and development to new hires.
- Process credit applications for new customers and manage credit of existing customers.
- Bring improvements to the company’s accounts receivable function, including the reduction of average days outstanding and the minimization of bad debts.
- Work cross functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Project Management and Finance teams to actively work to reduce overdue amounts
- Expand the use of credit insurance both in North America as well as the company’s foreign subsidiaries in Europe and Asia.

Requirements
If you have:- Post-Secondary Education in Business or Accounting; CPA a strong asset.
- 7 to 10 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
- 3 to 5 years’ experience as an A/R Manager
- Demonstrated process improvement experience.
- Experience working in a multi-currency environment
- Good knowledge of accounting systems
