Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years in a very senior manager or GM position.
- Prior experience developing mid-level managers.
- Experience in ERP Systems.
- A strong working knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing techniques and related CI tools are required.
- Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), Plant Lifecycle Management, Process Management, Value Stream Mapping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
