ERP Business Analyst

The ERP Business Analyst is mainly responsible to provide implementation and end-user business functional support and perform system configuration for ERP (Infor LN 10) manufacturing and logistic application.Main Functions
- Perform business process modeling, define business process improvements required and promote product-specific best practices and functionalities
- Perform systems configuration and process design, conducts and participate in workshops, develops test scenarios and performs application testing including validation processes
- Understand end-user requirements and provide training – both initial and ongoing
- Identify, resolve and report applications bugs, perform testing of patches, new releases, and changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Practical business knowledge in manufacturing and logistic
- Familiar with a variety of the manufacturing field concepts, practices and procedures
- Relevant experience in ERP system configuration related to manufacturing and logistic module
- Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Autonomy, desire to learn and strong sense of ownership
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Periodic travel locally and internationally
- Bilingual (French and English)
