To better meet the needs of our industrial customers, a new sales structure is born. As part of this renewal, we are looking for a Sales Director.
To participate in the creation of our new sales force on a global scale, you will have to:
- Be accountable for the growth and maintenance of assigned region/sector in relevant project vertical;
- Be responsible for managing and working with Key Account Managers and Sales Managers. Primary objective are to:
- Grow account size of existing clients through expanded product lines and/or new opportunities;
- Develop and expand existing account penetration;
- Grow market share in major EPCs, OEMs and other end-users;
- Provide input on and execute a go-to market plan for relevant vertical to achieve/exceed revenue and profit targets and provide forecasting including best and worst-case scenarios for relevant sector/region;
- Manage sales expenses of the team to budget, including commission and bonus plans.
This position has a global scope. Therefore actual geographic position may vary based on discussions with selected candidate.
