Job Description

Do big challenges get you fired up? Are you convinced that effective change management can help us realize the intended benefits of our business transformation? If so, then we have the perfect mandate for you.

We’re looking for an experienced change practitioner to join our transformation team and to lead the change management activities related to optimizing our manufacturing operations; a complex system of no less than nine highly interdependent projects, including the consolidation and modernization of our facilities, the adoption of cell manufacturing and other strategically important initiatives.

Specifically, over the next 24 months our plants will specialize, become product focused and set the stage to become world-class 4.0 facilities. This will involve, highly dependent activities such as; movement of machines, preparation of personnel and facilities, new roles, responsibilities, systems, processes and org structures. All within a context of cultural and regional differences, collective agreement negotiations, an aggressive timeline and a whole bunch of parallel changes that are happening at the same time within the context of our overall business transformation.
