MandateUnder the Manager, Global Supply Chain Planning the incumbent will contribute to the development of the S&OP process and improvement projects of the organization at the level of operational strategic planning. In particular, he will be responsible for creating and / or improving dashboards, analyzing current capacity, backlog, and sales forecasts before communicating information.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop, perpetuate, and make accessible key performance indicators and S&OP dashboards relating to the backlog and factory capacity.
- Prepare and participate in the monthly S&OP meeting with management by updating dashboards and proposing scenarios.
- Work closely with the plants to develop a database that is both complete and easy to use which will contain the scope of production of all the group's plants (North America, India, China, Taiwan, Italy, France, South Korea. South).
- Communicate regularly and transparently with plants to improve the accuracy of capacity data for each of them.
- Develop the necessary tools for the implementation of a corporate General Manager Program.
- Support the team by carrying out various analyzes, notably relating to budget, capacity, or backlog.
- Participate in corporate projects related to planning.
Requirements
Education- Bachelor's degree in operations management or any other related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning and inventory control in the manufacturing sector.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge and Competencies
- Bilingual written and spoken, French and English.
- Advanced Microsoft Office level, especially Excel - VBA
- Intermediate Power BI level
- Good knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Advanced analytical skills.
