- You will also be responsible for the direct supervision of the maintenance crew including mechanics, electricians, and electro mechanics.
- Minimize downtime due to machine breakage
- Be on call in case of machine break down or building problem
- Track machine spare parts inventory
- Manage maintenance and inspection calendars for subcontractors’
- Set up a predictive maintenance program and record all cost and type of break down on machines
- Actively participate in health and safety committee
- Other related tasks
Requirements
- D.E.P. degree in mechanical or equivalent combination of work and experience
- Minimum of 10 years experience in maintenance of conventional and CNC machines.
- Knowledge of maintenance management softwares
- Relevant experience in unionized personnel supervision
- Problem solving and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of French and English (written and spoken).
