Job Description

Mandate

Reporting to the Material Repair Overhaul Strategic Business Unit’s Project Management Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the execution of a specific portfolio of valve orders for our distribution network. He/she will use a set of standardized project management processes and tools to ensure on-time delivery of the orders.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Enter orders into the ERP system.
     
  • Initiate correctives actions when issues/risks are raised or when schedule progress is deviated against plan; escalate when required.
     
  • Communicate all corrections and changes made to the order to internal and external stakeholders.
     
  • Manage customers, specifically regarding requirements clarity, deliverables, and inspections attendance (customer management process).
     
  • Make financial decisions based on established delegation of authority.

Requirements

Education

  • University diploma in administration or engineering.
  • Project Management Professional certification is an asset.
Experience
 
  • 1 to 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Less than 1-year experience in B2B customer service.
  • Experience in project management in a manufacturing environment is an asset.

Knowledge

  • Bilingual (ability to read, speak and write in French and English).
  • Advanced knowledge of project management.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Internet, and email.
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems.
