Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and verify production routings and prepare shop/assembly orders in collaboration with the Industrial Engineering department.
- Transmit shop orders to the machine shop as per schedule.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw and finished machine parts.
- Maintain planning files for each project (from sales order entry to the last valve’s delivery).
- Review planning when any sales order specifications, project drawings and/or quality control instructions are revised.
- Follow up with plant, purchasing, engineering and quality control/quality assurance personnel for timely delivery of product/services from them to ensure on time delivery of valves to the customer.
Requirements
Education
- DEC in Manufacturing Production, Operations Management, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related field.
- 3 to less than 5 years of experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems and their functions.
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 certification (an asset).

- Ability to work under pressure, in a team environment with different groups.
